The word “chupacabra”, coined by a Puerto Rican comedian/DJ after this cryptid was supposedly attacking sheep in his country in 1995, comes from a portmanteau of the Spanish words “chupar” (to suck) and “cabras” (goats). The crytid was first known as the “Vampire of Moca” or “vampiro de Moca”, which is where this bar’s name comes from.
Taking inspiration from the original description of the chupacabra back in the 1995 attacks in Puerto Rico, Vampiro is gray green with spikes on top, and has a “blood” dribble within. No need to worry about a horrifying experience when it comes to washing up with it, though: this bar smells like a delicious horchata, with notes of cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg to delight your senses!
